For nearly 20 years, Aksamit Transportation, Inc. (commonly known as ATI), has provided safe, reliable, and needed transportation services for Minnesota’s school children.

Our family-run business started out when we acquired a company with a minimal fleet of only six buses. This purchase gave us the opportunity to become a part of the greater good by providing school bus transportation throughout our communities. We are proud to say that since 2000, we have diligently worked to provide safe and reliable transportation services for children from numerous school districts throughout Minnesota.

Headquartered in Long Prairie, ATI operates with a modern fleet of nearly 100 technologically advanced and well-maintained school buses and vans. After solely serving the Browerville school district for 10 years, we felt in 2011 that it was time to expand our services to other districts in need. Quickly gaining recognition within our surrounding communities, we now successfully support the school transportation needs of multiple K-12 districts across the area.

As a custom transportation provider, Aksamit Transportation takes time to work individually with school districts. This helps us develop tailored contracts based on each school’s specific transportation needs, including: daily to and from school, extracurricular activities, early childhood, and special needs transportation. Aksamit Transportation is a proud member of the Minnesota School Bus Operators Association and actively supports many events and fundraisers throughout the communities we serve.
